Versions & Installation

What installation modes are available? +
We install the restaurant software according to what works best for your operation. You can choose from:

Online mode on the Internet
The software runs in a web browser and is installed on web hosting. No server is required on your premises. This mode allows access from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Offline mode on a single PC
The software runs entirely on one computer in the restaurant. This is ideal for a small restaurant, snack bar, or cashier desk with one main computer.

Offline LAN mode
The software is installed on a main computer called the server PC inside the restaurant, and several users can connect through the local Wi-Fi network without Internet.

Hybrid mode
The software works with or without Internet. In offline mode, staff continue working locally. When Internet is available, the system can synchronize online according to the selected configuration.
Which installation mode should be chosen for restaurant management software? +
The choice depends on your organization:

If you want remote management, online orders, and access from several locations, choose online mode.

If you work on one cashier computer, choose single-PC mode.

If waiters, kitchen, cashier, and manager must work together in the same restaurant without Internet, choose LAN mode.

If you want local speed with future online access, choose hybrid mode.

Offline mode on a single PC
The software runs entirely on one computer in your office. This is the ideal solution for simple use by one person or a small institution.

Offline LAN mode
The software is installed on a main computer called the server PC within your institution, and several users can connect through the local Wi-Fi network without Internet.

Hybrid mode

Versions & Installation

What installation modes are available? +
We install the hospital software according to what works best for your facility. You can choose from:

Online mode on the Internet
The software runs in a web browser and is installed on web hosting. No server is required on your premises. This mode allows access from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Offline mode on a single PC
The software runs entirely on one computer in the hospital office, reception or cashier area. This is useful for a small clinic or single work station.

Offline LAN mode
The software is installed on a main computer called the server PC inside the facility, and several users connect through the local Wi-Fi network without Internet.

Hybrid mode
The software works with or without Internet. Staff can work locally when offline, and synchronization can be configured when Internet is available.
Which installation mode should be chosen for hospital management software? +
The choice depends on your organization:

If you want remote management, multi-branch access, online supervision or access outside the facility, choose online mode.

If one computer will be used by reception/cashier, choose single-PC mode.

If reception, cashier, nurses, doctors, lab, radiology, pharmacy and management must work together in the same building without Internet, choose LAN mode.

If you want local speed with future online access or synchronization, choose hybrid mode.
What is the difference between the online and offline versions? +
The online version runs on the Internet through web hosting and remains accessible from anywhere with authorized access.

The offline version runs locally on your computer or internal Wi-Fi network without Internet.
Is an Internet connection required to install the software? +
For online mode, yes, because the software is installed on web hosting.

For offline modes, Internet is not required for daily hospital operation.
Can staff use the software from phones or tablets? +
Yes. Depending on the installation mode and local network, reception, nurses, doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ward staff and managers can open the permitted screens from phones, tablets, laptops or desktops.
What equipment is required for an online installation? +
For an online installation, the software runs in a web browser and is installed on standard web hosting. No server is required on your premises.

For the installation, you must provide:

Access to your hosting or cPanel, if available. We can also assist you.

Hospital data and settings: facility profile, departments, locations, users, roles, tariffs, payment methods, departments, numbering rules and starter records.

A project lead on the client side to validate key choices.

If you do not have hosting, we can provide it.
Can the software be installed on a single computer? +
Yes. In single-PC mode, everything runs on one computer in the reception, cashier or hospital office area.

Recommended minimum configuration: Core i3 processor and 4 GB RAM. More RAM is recommended for larger hospitals.
What equipment is required for installation on a single computer? +
For single-PC mode, you need:

A computer with at least a Core i3 processor

Minimum 4 GB RAM

Windows 10 or Windows 11

Enough storage space for patient records, billing, reports, documents and backup data

The entire software and database will be installed on that machine.
How does offline LAN mode work? +
In LAN mode, the software is installed on a main computer called the server PC.

Reception, cashier, doctors, nurses, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, ward staff, storekeepers and managers connect to the same hospital Wi-Fi network.

The system opens through a local address such as:

http://192.168.1.10/hospital

This allows:

Patient registration

Waiting-list movement

Consultations and vitals

Laboratory and radiology work

Pharmacy dispensing

Billing and receipt printing

Ward/IPD management

All without an Internet connection.
Can the software be used on several computers without Internet? +
Yes.

With LAN mode, several computers, phones or tablets can use the software at the same time as long as they are connected to the same local Wi-Fi network.

All users must be in the same building or on the same network.
What equipment is required for LAN mode? +
For LAN mode, you need:

A server PC

Core i3 minimum or higher

Minimum 4 GB RAM

8 GB or more recommended for busy facilities

Windows 10 or Windows 11

A Wi-Fi router
It allows all devices to communicate with each other without Internet.

Wi-Fi repeaters if necessary
They are useful for large hospitals, multiple floors, separate wards, laboratory, pharmacy or emergency areas.

User devices

Android phones

Tablets

Laptops

Desktop computers with Wi-Fi

All must be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Can a hospital start offline and move online later? +
Yes.

If you want remote owner access, online supervision, branch synchronization, SMS communication, insurance reporting or cloud backup later, hybrid or online mode can be added according to the agreed configuration.
Can automatic backups be made? +

Should the software be installed as administrator? +
Yes. This helps avoid permission errors and ensures a proper installation, especially in offline or LAN mode.
Is there a trial version? +
Yes. Trial or online demo access can be provided so the hospital can test the main workflows before purchase.

The software runs entirely on one computer in the shop, office, or cashier area.

Offline LAN mode
The software is installed on a main server PC inside the business, and several users connect through the local Wi-Fi network without Internet.

Hybrid mode
The software works locally and can synchronize online when Internet is available, depending on the selected configuration.
Which installation mode should a business choose? +
Choose online mode if you want remote access, multi-branch visibility, and access from different locations.

Choose single-PC mode if one person or one cashier computer will use the system.

Choose LAN mode if cashiers, storekeepers, managers, and accountants must work together inside the same building without Internet.

Choose hybrid mode if you want local speed with future or occasional online synchronization.

The online version runs on Internet hosting and can be reached from authorized devices with Internet.

The offline version runs locally on a computer or internal Wi-Fi network without Internet.
